Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hepta7 and its directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
